Speaking at The Self-Made Summit about
The women’s quota. Why? Because it is still pretty hard to form a well-founded opinion about it. Has your favorite magazine published articles about the benefits of the women’s quota? Then it’s probably had you leaning towards the opinion that the women’s quota should be introduced. And then what if another really interesting publication brings the other side of the coin to light? It’s probably going to shake up your opinion, right? And not to forget your family, friends and partners who all have their own ideas. This is why Lotte is going to break down the women’s quota in simple terms, supported by hard facts, at The Self-Made Summit. So you can determine whether or not a women’s quota suits your vision and ideas. From here on out, you will be more than prepared when the term ‘women’s quota’ comes to the fore in any conversation. In her talk, Lotte will go into detail about the facts that correspond with popular opinions in the media landscape, analyse the impact of #metoo on the emancipation of women in the workplace, clarify how quotas correspond to the challenges that are still prevalent in gender equality in the Netherlands and disclose the target numbers associated with these challenges.
