After being awarded a Masters degree in Finance at Nyenrode, Caroline went straight into starting her business FITSHE: a brand targeting women with an active lifestyle, which she’s still running. As well as this, Caroline coaches female business owners through her company Zentrepreneurship. She works with a method that considers both the business and spiritual sides of building a business.
Caroline is also working hard on her new passion project: New Female Leaders. This is a foundation and social enterprise that focuses on authentic female leadership. From an early age, Caroline has felt strongly about believing and supporting female leadership. With New Female Leaders, she examines and bolsters this even more so.
