Claudia developed herself both personally and professionally over the years through her experience in various sectors. She spent more than ten years as a director in the IT industry and was chairman of the board at Tergooiziekenhuizen (Tergooi hospitals) for seven years, during which she successfully supervised a complete merger.
In addition to these impressive feats, Claudia also held various supervisory board positions, in the recruitment world for Luba, in waste processing at Indaver and in the transport logistics sector for Pro Rail.
Another impressive fact: Claudia played a key role in the innovation platform steered by Balkenende II and the Zorginnovatie-platform (Care innovation platform).
Claudia took on the job of CEO of the Chamber of Commerce on January 1, 2014, and the cornerstone of her role has been the company’s digital transformation. She wants to ensure that the Chamber of Commerce develops into a relevant service provider that supports entrepreneurs in understanding safe business practices with information and advice.
Currently, Claudia’s ambitions extend further than just the Chamber of Commerce. She is also a supervisory director of the APG Group and KPN. To top it off, she’s also a member of Smart Industry, a board member of the King Willem I Foundation and ambassador for NEMO. We don’t know how she does it. But we’re about to find out.
